Customer: Priority #1 When your damaged car arrives we will thoroughly inspect it for
all visible damage. A preliminary estimate will be prepared and faxed to
the insurance company. You may want to continue to drive your car during
this stage of the process if it is safe to drive. If your vehicle is
deemed unsafe to drive we will take the pre-repair pictures to verify
damage and then tear down the damaged area, identify the hidden damage and
order the parts. This speeds up the repair process and makes any
inspection by insurance company personnel as positive and thorough as
possible. Remember, they want you back in your car as soon as possible
like we do. ExAuto will facilitate all "negotiations" necessary with the
insurance company.Insurance Company: Priority #2 A line item estimate, with the pre-accident photos and all the necessary documentation will provide you with the elements needed to settle the most difficult claim.
